Centre Facilities
Here
at the Eastbourne Clinic we provide extensive day centre
facilities.
As an
alternative or in conjunction with inpatient treatment,
the day hospital is one of the South's most innovative and
successful units.
Promoting
relapse prevention, client empowerment, user involvement,
group psychotherapy, psycho educational groups and a CBT
approach.
Both
inpatients (where appropriate) and outpatients are also
welcome to join in some of our alternative therapies incl;
Sound therapy, Relaxation, shiatsu, meditation and Tai-Chi.
